ZenPACS is picture archiving and communication system software used to receive, archive, manage and deliver medical images and associated study data electronically to authorised users. It receives studies sent from imaging devices in accordance with the DICOM standard, matches them with patient and examination records, stores them losslessly and exchanges data with the healthcare institution's information system over HL7.

It is designed for use in radiology departments, imaging centres and teleradiology service providers by radiologists, radiology technicians, medical secretaries and system administrators.
